We engage in a General Practice, with emphasis in several areas.

The Real Estate Services include representation of Buyer, Seller, Lender or Developer.  Unlike title companies, we only represent one party in a transaction, giving the client our undivided loyalty.

Business Practice involves the initial creation of the LLC, Corporation or Partnership; the purchase of a business and services on an annual basis such as Secretary or Resident Agent.

Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney and other documents can be prepared to accomplish the estate planning goals of a client.

Estate Administration is the process of the handling the probate of an estate or guardianship that results in the distribution or expenditure of estate assets under Probate Court supervision.  Estate Litigation may be a part of the process, if any party disagrees with the way an estate is being administered.

General Practice may include a bewildering variety of unique problems that fall into no particular category.  Where we cannot efficiently deal with a specialty issue, such as Tax Court or Injury Law, we have built up a network of specialists in all areas to whom we can refer a client, without charge.
